New Year’s Eve is the chance to let your hair down, celebrate the end of the year and welcome the new one. A deliciously citrusy, sparkling cocktail is the perfect way to do it and is also sure fire way to impress your friends and loved ones. This recipe has been created for ele by cocktail wizz, Morten Krag.
Ingredients
2.5 cl Apple Brandy
2.5 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1.5 cl Pamplemousse Rose
1.5 cl Licor 43
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Sparkling wine (Brut)
Method
1. Shake all ingredients, except Brut, with plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Fine strain into a flute glass (ice is optional).
3. Top with Sparkling wine (Brut).
4. Express and discard orange zest over the drink. Enjoy!
