Smoked Salmon Spread Recipe

We love smoked salmon here at ele and this Smoked Salmon Spread recipe really is so simple to make and tastes delicious. We also love versatile recipes that can be used in more than one way – it is perfect slathered on toasted bagels, tossed through pasta or served as a dip for entertaining.

Ingredients

150g spreadable cream cheese

2 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt

100g of flaked smoked salmon (we use hot smoked salmon fillets and flake with a fork)

Juice of half a lemon

2 tbsp chopped dill

1 tbsp chopped chives

Sea salt and cracked pepper

Method

To make simply combine the cream cheese, yoghurt, flaked smoked salmon, lemon juice and herbs using a fork until all ingredients are mixed through.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!

ele tip – this spread will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days so it can be made in advance.
