ELE Review: Ralph’s, Boulevard Saint Germain, Paris

Paris is full of beautiful restaurants serving up authentic French cuisine but after a few days of eating perfect steak frites, crepes and croissants it was time to broaden our horizons.  Ralph Lauren’s Paris restaurant, Ralph’s, on the Boulevard Saint Germain in the 6th arrondisment was high on our list of must-visit Paris destinations, mainly because of the beautiful internal courtyard and gardens. The menu is unashamedly American – club sandwiches, burgers and cobb salads all feature alongside an impressive wine list. Beautifully groomed and attired waiters serve with classic French flair, anticipating every need. The prices are reasonable for Paris and the food is delicious. We were lucky enough to be dining on a beautiful autumn day, however if you do visit on a cooler day or through winter there is an equally gorgeous dining room inside. It is a perfect escape after a long day of siteseeing and in between courses you can drop in to the adjacent RL store to do a little extra shopping.
