Food and wine lovers get excited! Leading South Australian wine label Petaluma has partnered with iconic Nobu Melbourne, to offer diners a luxurious Petaluma x Nobu dining experience in Melbourne, Australia in July and August.
Nobu has selected some of their most infamous dishes from around the world, including the Black Cod Miso, a signature on Chef Nobu’s menu since his stint in Alaska in 1977. The exclusive Omakase menu is paired perfectly to Petaluma’s latest vintage wines.
All wines have been handpicked by Petaluma’s Senior Winemaker Teresa Heuzenroeder and feature the Yellow Label Hanlin Hill Riesling 2021, Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay 2021, Yellow Label B&V Vineyard Shiraz 2019, Yellow Label Coonawarra Merlot 2019, Yellow Label Evans Vineyard Coonawarra Cabernet Merlot 2016 and the Hanlin Hill Claire Valley Cane Cut Riesling 2018.
