Apple Ginger Smoothie by Vitamix
1 cup (240 ml) apple juice
1 apple, halved, seeded
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root
¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- Place all ingredients into a Vitamix container (or other blender) in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
This smoothie is nice and warming, with just enough spice to help you during the cooler weather.
