Dark Chocolate, Pretzel and Peanut Bark

This salty, sweet and crunchy Dark Chocolate, Pretzel and Peanut Bark takes no time to make and really is delicious! The recipe can be adapted to add any of your favorite ingredients (dried fruit, nuts, sea salt or chilli) and it works well with milk, white or dark chocolate.

Ingredients

100g organic dark chocolate

1/ cup salted pretzels, roughly chopped

1/4 cup of peanuts, roughly chopped

Method

Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan over a very low heat until smooth and runny. Line a flat tray with baking paper and pour the melted chocolate on to the tray using a spatula to spread out evenly.

Top with pretzels and peanuts while the chocolate is still soft. Transfer to the fridge for about 2 hours until the chocolate is fully set. Remove from fridge and break up in to shards with a sharp knife. Enjoy!
