Hot Chocolate Gift Boxes
Ingredients (Makes 1 Gift Box with 2 Hot Chocolates)
2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp white sugar ½ cup milk chocolate chips 4 party sized Cadbury flake chocolates, roughly chopped (optional) 4 tbsp white mini marshmallows (optional)
To wrap 1 x Christmas box 2 x glass jars or mason jars Takeaway cups with lids*
To Make Layer the cocoa powder, white sugar, milk chocolate chips and Cadbury flake into each of the glass jars. Arrange your Christmas boxes filled with Hot Chocolate Glass jars, takeaway cups, chocolates, marshmallows or anything you desire. Get creative!
To Make the Hot Chocolate
Heat your choice of milk into a saucepan over low heat. Add the hot chocolate mixture to the milk and whisk until all of the chocolate is melted. Pour into takeaway cups. Add an extra dusting of cocoa powder and marshmallows (optional) if desired. Dust with cocoa and serve with mini marshmallows.
To make more sustainable
Make this more sustainable by swapping out the takeaway cups with a beautiful mug that can be used over and over again.
