Mango and Pineapple Prosecco Punch Recipe

If it is summer where you are this Mango and Pineapple Punch recipe is perfect to enjoy on a hot summer’s day. But no matter what time of the year it is punch is never a bad idea!

Ingredients

2 cups mango juice

2 cups fresh pineapple juice

1 cup white rum

1 bottle of Prosecco

Method

  1. Grab a big jug.
  2. Mix 2 cups of mango juice and 2 cups of pineapple juice.
  3. Add 1 cup of white rum (or more to taste) and top up just before serving with a bottle of chilled Prosecco.
  4. Add some ice, fresh mint sprigs and fresh pineapple to serve.

ele Tip – for the non-alcoholic version use sparkling water and add some extra juice, if desired.
