The Beauty Product We Are Buying This Month – Purely Byron Divine Ritual Balm

We review the Purely Byron Divine Ritual Balm from Elsa Pataky’s new skincare line.

We are always a little sceptical of a celebrity beauty brand, but over the last few years a new breed of products have cropped up that are more considered and aligned to what we would expect from high quality skincare and makeup lines. From Rosie Huntington Whiteley’s Rose Inc to Hayley Bieber’s Rhode, smaller range, aesthetically pleasing products that really work are the new celebrity norm.

When we heard that everyone’s favourite Byron local, Elsa Pataky, was co-founding a skincare brand inspired by the natural botanicals of the Byron Bay region we were curious. Purely Byron is exactly what you would expect from a skincare brand that is focused on Australian natural ingredients but combined with the clinical benefits of science.

Purely Byron Divine Ritual Balm

One of our favourite products from the range is the Divine Ritual Balm. Read our thoughts on this product below.

What Purely Byron Says

This deeply nourishing hydrating balm lovingly supports skin with nutrient-rich native botanicals. A lush, overnight treatment, Divine Ritual™ Balm helps to replenish moisture, soothe any inflammation, and reinforce the skin’s barrier protection. Ideal for dry, fatigued, and sensitive skin, it’s also a total face-saver for skin exposed to the elements or after mildly invasive  treatments such as at-home skin needling.

What We Say

This balm feels like a little hug in a jar, luxuriously thick it really is the perfect balm for the skin when it is dry, dehydrated or just needs a little extra TLC. We love to use this balm in the evening with our gua sha for an indulgent massage to help reduce inflammation and protect our skin overnight, particularly in the cooler months. The balm leaves the skin gorgeously coated and moisturised.
