Weekend Away – Burleigh Heads, Queensland

Burleigh is a swimmer and surfer’s dream however those who want to swim in more protected waters, try the picturesque Tallebudgera Creek.

There are plenty of great boutiques and shops to explore when you need a break from the sea and The Village Markets are held fortnightly are the perfect spot to pick up fresh food and artisan wares.

Located only 15 minutes from Coolangatta airport, Burleigh Heads is a Gold Coast destination that should be on your weekend away list.
