Eat: Banana Berry Smoothies

This smoothie recipe is packed full of fruity goodness balanced with a dose of naughtiness, making it an ideal mid-week treat.


1 banana

1/2 punnet of strawberries

2 scoops of vanilla bean ice-cream

2 cups of almond milk

Dash of honey

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry. Enjoy!
