Friday Night
After a whirlwind week at LINDELLI, Friday evenings are a well-deserved pause. Conveniently nestled within the LINDELLI building is our favourite retreat, Bambini. We slip into our cozy corner and indulging in our go-to dishes—scampi and crudo, arguably the best in Sydney! The evening is always made special by the warm hospitality of Angela and Michael.
Saturday AM
Saturdays begin with a refreshing coastal walk around our local area, setting the tone for a busy day ahead. Then, I switch gears to focus on our property development business, THE MODERNISTS, where I spend part of each day on the job site ensuring that the vision is realised for our projects. After that, it’s off to the LINDELLI atelier. Saturdays at LINDELLI are not for the faint-hearted—our team is engaged in back-to-back, hour-long consultations for custom engagement rings and fine jewellery from 10 AM to 5 PM. To keep up the energy, a brisk walk and a strong coffee are essential! Believe it or not, diamonds can be exhausting.

Saturday PM
Saturday evenings are all about family—or more accurately, non-stop feeding four growing boys. We’ll all get involved in making something delicious – it’s important they know how to cook and are capable! The house is full of laughter and noise, making it a lively and entertaining affair. If the boys are still hungry after dinner – inevitably! We might dash out for a quick visit to Messina and debate flavour selection!
Sunday AM
Sunday mornings are sacred — dedicated to a long hike, whether it’s around Middle Head or the Spit Bridge to Manly walk. I try to clock a minimum of 10 kilometres. This time in nature, away from screens, is when I’m most productive. It’s where the best business ideas come to life or plans for our next much-needed holiday take shape. Afterward, we visit the organic markets in Manly to pick up the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables from Patrick’s Farm and then head on over to Norma’s for a delicious treat.

After six days of work, juggling the kids, and managing a new house build, Sunday afternoons are my sanctuary for a bit of “me time.” I often sneak out to TSAVO Wellness for one of my favourite treatments, whether it’s red light therapy, sauna, or cryotherapy. Then, it’s back home, feeling invigorated. I find cooking therapeutic and a great creative outlet, so Sunday nights are reserved for something a little more elaborate, especially since we dine out most nights during the week.
