Chargrill Charlie’s has once again joined forces with Australian pastry chef Anna Polyviou, to create a limited-edition lockdown cookie dough. The duo have created the cookie dough to put a smile on everyone’s face during Sydney’s latest stay at home order.
Known for her fun and rebellious cooking methods, Anna Polyviou has created a brand new mouth-watering flavour – biscoff bites, made with the famous Lotus Biscoff biscuit and Lotus Biscoff Spread. For the classic lovers the much loved original triple choc chip is also available.
Affectionately described as the Punk Princess of Pastry, Anna Polyviou has dazzled Australians with appearances on MasterChef Australia and Family Food Fight, and her two books, Sweet Street and Kids Corner.
