Raspberry PB Protein Smoothie

SERVES: 1 | PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
Raspberry PB Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 scoop JSHealth X Proffee + Powder (or protein powder of choice)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for texture)

Method

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting almond milk as needed for desired consistency.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 serve JSHealth Vitamins Protein + Probiotics
  • 2 tsp LSA, optional
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt

Method

Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth, pour into a glass and serve immediately.
