What is your favourite life hack?

Don’t be afraid to say no to things. We receive countless opportunities and invitations, but we often accept out of obligation. Only agree to things that align with your values and genuinely feel good to you.

What is one quick life hack you use to stay organised?

Write lists. I just don’t have the capacity to remember everything I need to do and so I keep a notebook in which I write down all the things I need to get done each day.

Do you have a simple trick for staying productive throughout the day?

Fuel yourself well. I find that if I eat a good breakfast and lunch, and snack healthy throughout the day, I get all the things done and more

What’s an easy life hack you use while travelling?

Get yourself organised beforehand. I always keep a full skincare kit packed, as well as a pouch with all my travel cables, chargers etc. ready to go. Packing cubes have also been a game-changer for me.

What’s one small habit or hack that helps you save money?

Use rewards points. I’m a huge believer in earning whilst spending, and do this mostly with Qantas rewards. If you can use multiple businesses that earn you rewards points, these can add up really quickly and get a free flight or accommodation in no time.

Do you have one piece of advice you live by that you can share with our readers?

Find joy in life. Life is short and whilst we all have busy lives with many responsibilities, its super important to find joy in every day of our lives.

About Bridget Carmady

Bridget is a university educated Naturopath (BNat, BHsc Hons) based in the NSW Blue Mountains. In 2011 Bridget branched out into private practice where she began to attract clients who had skin concerns. She developed protocols for addressing a wide variety of skin concerns. However, she felt her clients were faced with a lack of skincare products that were gentle and made from organic ingredients but still able to deliver powerful results (as well as being super luxurious). So based on traditional herbs and the latest research she decided to develop her own. After years of perfecting her formulations, Clémence Organics was born.
