We love smoked salmon here at ELE and this salmon spread really is just so simple to make and tastes delicious. We also love versatile recipes that can be used in more than one way which is why this really is so good – it is perfect slathered on toasted bagels, tossed through pasta or served as a dip for entertaining. Ingredients
150 grams of spreadable cream cheese
2 tablespoons of natural Greek yoghurt
100 grams of flaked smoked salmon (we use hot smoked salmon fillets and flake with a fork)
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons of chopped dill
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
Sea salt and cracked pepper
To make simply combine the cream cheese, yoghurt, flaked smoked salmon, lemon juice and herbs using a fork until all ingredients are mixed through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
ELE tip – this spread will keep in the fridge for a few days so can be made in advance.

This is so good! Dill is one of my favorite herbs.
