Eat: Soft Boiled Eggs with Toasted Sesame Seeds, Thyme and Sea Salt

Is there anything more simple and delicious than a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg? We love to top ours with toasted sesame seeds and fresh herbs. Cook eggs in boiling water for about 6 minutes and 15 seconds for a perfectly cooked egg. Peel the eggs, halve and top with thyme, sesame seeds and sea salt. Enjoy!

  5. Nah. I wake at 03:00 and cook two soft-boiled eggs, while I make Marmite toasted ‘soldiers. Done that for the last 50 years, I ain’t gonna muck around with healthy herbs and stuff 🙂
