Start your day right with this delicious Good Morning Sunshine Turmeric Smoothie that is packed with anti-inflammatory goodness. It is a little dose of sunshine in a glass!
You can substitute the oat milk with almond milk or any plant based milk if you prefer and the almond butter with any nut butter. We prefer to use a little fresh grated ginger in this smoothie however you could add 1/4 tsp of ground ginger if you have that available.
The beautiful golden hue is a great pick me up first thing in the morning and the banana and oats provide healthy goodness to fill you up and keep you energised until your next meal.
Good Morning Sunshine Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients (serves 1)
250ml Oat Milk
1 sml banana
2 tsp Tumeric powder
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp honey – Manuka honey is best
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp LSA (linseed/soy/almond mix)
1 tsp almond butter

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
