The Hiramasa Crudo with Smoked Salmon Roe and the Blue Fin Tuna with Bonito Mayonnaise were standout starters, each a testament to the kitchen’s flair for combining flavours. Main courses like the Ocean Trout with White Eggplant Puree and the luxuriously tender Black Onyx Brisket and Tenderloin showcased the chef’s skills. Paired with fine wines, each dish was an exploration of tastes and textures, culminating in a dining experience we will truly remember.
The meal concluded on a high note with exquisite desserts: a Gâteau aux mille feuilles and a decadently rich Brownie au Chocolat Avec Glace à la Pistache. Full and happy, we returned to our room, the perfect luxurious retreat after a day of indulgence.
