Mid-Week Food Truck Collective Returns To Melbourne’s Queen Victoria Market

Over the next four weeks, locals and visitors can enjoy mid-week Melbourne evenings indulging in delicious takeaway street eats alongside refreshing brews, wines and cocktails from an all-Victorian line-up of producers. Satisfy foodie cravings and see out the rest of summer by visiting ten of the city’s best food trucks. On the menu will be drool-worthy bao buns, burgers, tacos, lobster rolls, smashed samosas, smoked barbeque meats and so much more.

Every Wednesday night from February 3, some of Melbourne’s best food trucks will be gathering near the hallowed market sheds to sell everything from bao buns to burgers, tacos, smoked barbecue meats and mango lassis.

Keep an eye out for Jamaican jerk chicken from The Real Jerk, Vietnamese favourites from Nem n’ Nem, Tuscan beef ragu gnocchi from Pasta Face, butter chicken and more from Two Fat Indians, beef short ribs from Bigger than Texas BBQ, chicken and waffle burgers from Gorilla Grill, as well as a booze-heavy Beer Garden where you can pick up drinks from the likes of Brick Lane Brewing, Melbourne Gin Company, Coldstream Brewery and Mitchelton Wines. Also save room for a lobster roll from Twisted Fisherman, who is a new addition to the Food Truck Stop line-up.

Food Truck Stop at the Queen Victoria Market will run every Wednesday in February, 5pm to 10pm, until 24 February.
