Immunity Tea Health Benefits

Water When you are feeling unwell, hydration is key! Water helps replace lost fluids and flush any nasties from your body.

Lemon Juice Full of Vitamin C, lemon juice boosts your immunity and fights infections with its antibacterial properties.

Manuka or Raw Honey Manuka honey is native to New Zealand and has antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant benefits. Plus, it feels great on a sore throat.

Apple Cider Vinegar Yes, it’s a little potent when consumed on its own, but this fermented ingredient is filled with beneficial bacteria, prebiotics, and antibacterial properties. Apple cider vinegar is great for detoxing and enhancing circulation too.

Spice it Up

  • Turmeric
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Cinnamon
