

Sometimes, after a few days of indulging we feel like something clean and green to detox our system. This salad is healthy, simple, fresh and gorgeously green and the Green Berry smoothie is guaranteed to get you glowing and feeling amazing. Greens with Tahini Chilli Dressing
Green salad leaves
1/2 a cup of peas, cooked
1/2 a cup of flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 cup of broccoli florets, cooked
Handful of mint leaves
Dressing
2 tablespoons of tahini
1 flat teaspoon of dried chilli flakes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Simply chop green salad leaves and toss all ingredients together. To make dressing, stir tahini, chill flakes and olive oil together, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over greens. This salad works great on its own, as a side or with grilled chicken or fish.
Green Berry Smoothie
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup packed spinach leaves
1/2 cup of flat leaf parsley
1 cup of almond milk
Spoonful of honey
10g SkinniMini green smoothie super-cleanse
Ice (about 5 blocks)
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Enjoy!
