We like to pack quick and easy bowls filled with greens, protein and healthy fats that tastes delicious and will keep you going until dinner. Here are some of our favourite combinations. Enjoy!
Antioxidant Bowl– Green leaves, avocado, zucchini, almonds, tomato, pomegranate and soft ricotta.
Salmon Bowl – Smoked Salmon, chick peas, cherry tomatoes, kale, carrot and beetroot salad with lemon and olive oil dressing.
Creamy Spinach Bowl – Pomegranate, avocado, chick peas, parmesan cheese and spinach leaves.
Tomato Detox Bowl – Three colour tomatoes, cabbage, carrot, parsley and avocado with fresh lemon juice.
