Eat: Dairy Free Peach and Banana Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is packed full of healthy fruits and is dairy free. It never fails to remind us of warm, tropical summer days, even if it is only just the start of spring here in Australia.

Using ripe bananas is the key to making this smoothie delicious, and ideally using peaches when they are in season if you can, although because this is such a beautiful smoothie we will make it out if season if we can get our hands on fresh juicy peaches.

Ingredients (makes 2 large smoothies)

2 peaches, washed, stones removed and roughly chopped

1 whole banana, plus additional to serve

400ml of pineapple juice (fresh squeezed juice or store brought 100% juice is best)

3 tablespoons of fruit sorbet (we use berry sorbet, however peach or mango would also be delicious)


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well until smooth. Garnish with slices of fresh banana. Enjoy!
