Ever wanted to learn how to create a classic Italian pasta dish? Melbourne restaurant, Tipico, is inviting Melburnians to attend its first online pappardelle masterclass on Saturday 25 April from the comfort of their own homes.
Participants will receive a box of ingredients (enough to feed five) delivered to their front door as well as instructions on how to connect and learn with the team via Zoom! This is the first of an ongoing series of online masterclasses from Tipico.
Guests can join Head Chef Daniele and the energetic Luis Viota as they create a hearty Italian lunch. The dynamic duo will take participants through the process of mixing, kneading, pushing, folding and turning dough into the classic Italian pasta. Swirl in the rich passata sauce and lunch is served!
It is another great example of how businesses in the hospitality industry are adapting to meet the challenges of the current environment.
