Eat: Avocados for Good Health

It is hard to go past avocados as a source of essential vitamins and nutrients. This delicious fruit is packed with heart- healthy fats, fibre, anti-oxidants and more potassium than bananas. They are so versatile, we love to eat them simply on toast drizzled with olive oil and sea salt, tossed through salad, blended in smoothies or mashed on top of baked potatoes with melting cheese.

  3. I’ve been craving avocados! I bought some and they aren’t quite ripe yet! I keep staring at them willing them to ripen up for me! haha I can’t wait to try it on a potato like you mentioned! I never would’ve thought of that!
