This creamy whipped feta dip is so versatile, it is delicious on toast, on a party platter or dolloped on top of a baked potato.
It is also so simple to make, it has only a few ingredients and takes just a few minutes. It really is one of those crowd-pleasing recipes that you can whip up in next to no time.
200 grams of feta, cubed
2 heaped tablespoons of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
Salt & pepper, to season
Add all ingredients to a food processor or powerful blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl with an extra drizzle of olive oil and cracked pepper.
We love to serve this dip on lightly toasted grainy sourdough bread, topped with oven roasted tomatoes, smoked salmon and garnished with basil. Enjoy!
